Prof. Alberto Giannetti - Condolences by EADV

Dear President, Prof. Peris,

Distinguished colleagues and Members of the SIDeMaST,

We would like to express our sincere condolences for the passing of your past President, Prof. Alberto Giannetti.

An eminent dermatologist and scientist, Prof. Giannetti contributed to the advancement of our speciality throughout his long and remarkable career, covering the most prestigious roles in national and international organizations of dermatology. As President of the EADV (2006-2008) he was an influential leader who contributed to the progress and growth of our Academy.

We have lost a leader, a wonderful friend and an excellent mentor who guided and mentored many distinguished colleagues, researchers and academicians.

The EADV Leadership extends our deepest sympathy to all SiDeMaSt members and the Italian dermatological community.
