1st Psoriasis Symposium of the Psoriasis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Psoriasis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is our great pleasure to cordially invite you to participate to Psoriasis Symposium that will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, October 13-15, 2017.

Our understanding of psoriasis as a disease with significant comorbidities has made considerable progress in the last decade. New insights have been obtained into the pathogenesis of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, which are revolutionizing the treatment of the patient of today and tomorrow.

This symposium is intended to provide delegates with the latest research and facts on diagnostics and genetics of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, long-term treatment with available therapies and treatments in development.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a member of the Psoriasis International Network (PIN), a joint action of FRT - Fondation René Touraine - an international foundation for dermatology - and the EADV Psoriasis Task Force. PIN gathers at present over 4700 dermatologists from some 95 countries, as well as rheumatologists and other health professionals involved in psoriasis management.

During this event we will mark and celebrate World Psoriasis day - a day for awareness and advocacy for all people living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis around the world!

Scientific program of the Symposium will include lectures by prominent international lecturers, with the aim of presenting contemporary achievements in psoriasis and exchanging experiences.

Rich cultural and social program is planned in addition to the scientific and working part of the Symposium and unique multicultural spirit and historical heritage of Sarajevo city will contribute to your visit and experience.

Abstract guidelines & submission

We invite all the authors to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentation not later than 20/08/2017

Abstracts should be submitted at the congress official web site.

Guidelines:

• Abstract should be written in English
• The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters
• Indicate the topic and type of your presentation
• Abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
• Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example: John Smith)
• Contact author (presenter) should submit his/her phone and Email address
• It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
