Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It's my great pleasure to invite you to the 3rd edition of the International Congress «Dermatological Care for All: Common Diseases for Neglected People» which is organized by the National Institute for Health Migration and Poverty - NIHMP, in collaboration with the International Institute of Social, Medical, and Anthropological Sciences - IISMAS, the International Society of Dermatology - ISD and the Tigray Regional Health Bureau - THB.
Why this third edition? Our mission is to implement and spread out in developing countries dermatological care and health training on the field, through the best low cost technology available. The past editions of the congress have met a large consensus of the international scientific community and we felt the urgency to continue the debate.
Moreover, an important part of this congress will be the social events and the one day tour. A great chance to improve relationships among colleagues from all over the world , to share ideas and impressions in a friendly atmosphere, while sightseeing the breathtaking outskirts of Northern Ethiopia.
I would like to encourage joining of all professionals involved in skin -care and community interventions such as infectivologists, sociologists, anthropologists, nurses, sharing our same goals.

The aim of this third edition is to provide update of the most important tropical disease, povertyrelate diseases, HIV and STIs, ethnic dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. Moreover, in the attempt of meeting the cooperation needs of Developing Countries, partecipants will debate on the burning question: «How to provide dermatological care and medical training through the best sustainable low cost methodology?»
